Kido Kuddle ships across India through reputed courier partners. This policy explains how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

• Orders are dispatched on the next working day after the order is confirmed.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
• Dispatch may be delayed if payment verification is pending or if the delivery address or contact number is incomplete or incorrect.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Delivery timelines are indicative. Remote locations, weather conditions, festive volumes, strikes and other courier-side factors may cause delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed on the product page and at checkout. Charges may vary by product, order value and delivery location, and are subject to change from time to time. The final applicable shipping charge is the one shown at checkout before you complete payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery availability is shown on the product page and at checkout, and may vary by product and PIN code. Where COD is unavailable for your location, prepaid payment options will be offered.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking details on your registered email address or mobile number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders

• Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts.
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address and that your contact number is reachable.
• If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unreachable customer or refusal to accept delivery, we may deduct the shipping and return shipping costs from any refund due. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, wet or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery or record a clear unboxing video and write to us at kidokuddle@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.
