These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://kidokuddle.in (“Website”) operated by Kido Kuddle (“Kido Kuddle”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order on this Website. Minors may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products and Descriptions
- We sell soft toys and plush products intended for children aged 3 years and above, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details accurately. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and your device’s display settings.
- Minor variations in stitching, fabric texture and filling are normal in soft toys and are not considered defects.
- Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery availability are displayed on the product page and at checkout, and may change from time to time.
- We accept payments through our authorised payment gateway partners, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets and, where available, Cash on Delivery.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders and Acceptance
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and send you an order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailability of stock, undeliverable addresses or repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders.
- If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping, delivery, returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
6. Safety and Intended Use
Our soft toys are intended for play use by children aged 3 years and above. Please supervise young children during play. Follow the care instructions provided with the product. Kido Kuddle is not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, unsupervised use or use contrary to the stated age recommendation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, images, product photographs, logos, graphics and design, is the property of Kido Kuddle or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems
- Interfere with the functioning or security of the Website
- Submit false, misleading or another person’s information at checkout
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kido Kuddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government restrictions, internet or power outages.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
